Clue IQ LLC (“Clue IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website clueiq.com and provides escape room experiences in Frederick, Maryland. Booking and contact information. When you book a game, contact us, or check in for your reservation, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your booking. Reservations are processed through our third-party booking platform, Off The Couch.
Check-in information. When you check in for a game, we collect the information you provide to complete check-in for you and your group.
Website usage information. When you visit clueiq.com, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site. If you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the information you submit in the comment form.
Security camera footage. For safety and to assist players during games, our escape rooms are monitored and recorded by in-room cameras while games are in progress.

- Communicate with you about your reservation, including confirmations, check-in links, and reminders

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect booking-related messages tied to an active reservation.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data may be shared only with service providers (such as our messaging platform) strictly to deliver the messages you have requested.

If you opt in to promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at info@clueiq.com. This does not affect emails related to an active booking.

Payment Information
Payments are processed by Square, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Data Retention
We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records, and meet legal and business requirements. Security camera footage is automatically overwritten over time and is not retained on any fixed schedule. We do not use or share security camera footage except with your permission or where required to protect the safety, security, or legal rights of Clue IQ, our customers, or others.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at info@clueiq.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. We may need to retain certain information for legal, security, or administrative reasons.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online.
