Absolutely. This is a permanent escape room available every day we’re open, all year long. Christmas is the theme you step into, the same way Excalibur drops you into a medieval legend. No calendar required.

You were thrilled to win a private tour of Santa’s North Pole operations — but your excitement quickly turned to concern when a mischievous elf named Slappy triggered a major system failure during the annual Reindeer Games. The North Pole Flight Command has gone offline, and Christmas Magic is rapidly fading across the globe.

You and your team have just 60 minutes to step in, repair the systems, and restore order before the holiday spirit disappears for good.

Operation Jingle Bells is a festive escape room adventure set inside the North Pole’s high-tech nerve center. With interactive puzzles, magical tech, and plenty of surprises, this game is packed with holiday cheer and built specifically with larger groups in mind. Whether you’re planning a family outing, a group event, or just love holiday fun, this whimsical challenge will leave you smiling all the way back to your sleigh.
