Return Policy (for our Play At Home game)

Our Play At Home game – Black Box Detective Society – is played through an escape game kit.

Currently, we offer this kit through rental only.

One booking entitles you to rent the kit for 2 nights, after which you’ll have to return the kit to us.

Both pickup and dropoff (return) can be done at the Frederick Coffee Co. at 100 N East St., Frederick, Md…from from 7 AM to 6 PM.

Return Policy (for our board games)

Board games are non-returnable once bought.

Rescheduling Policy (for our physical escape rooms)

Bookings may be rescheduled with 48+ hours’ notice.

If required, bookings may be cancelled with 48+ hours’ notice. You will receive a digital gift voucher valid for 90 days for any amount you’ve already paid.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at present.
